La Casa Encendida Madrid (2008)
While working for Inside Outside I was asked to design the concept for an exhibition in La Casa Encendida in Madrid.
I designed a large birdhouse hanging on the facade of the building as a architectural intervention and a carpet 'runner' through the building towards the ceiling where you could enter the birdhouse. From the original concept only the carpet was realized in 2010. On the carpet the birds are present in their natural habitat in a ungoing and slowely changing image. Even walls and ceilings are not save for this runner.
